Prepare the 65KG kheer Prasad on 27 Aug 2022, and in the evening, time Foundation team has distributed it the all needy people. Kheer Prasad is distributed among 1000 people.

As per Indian culture, Kheer prepares in all religions and rituals Kheer is very nutritious for humans.

Rice in kheer contains a good amount of starch, which helps improve gut health and reduce inflammation. Also, The rice in the kheer recipe is rich in carbohydrates that can help return the glycogen, which gets used up while doing heavy exercises.
Goodness of rice
One of the major ingredients in the kheer recipe is milk. It contains amino acids needed to maintain and perform several bodily functions. Therefore, Kheer can consume by diabetics after talking to the doctor and can also be used as a pre or post-workout meal if prepared using healthier alternatives.
